Theme Field Trips and Interviews

Things to keep in mind as you set up your field trips and interviews:

- When calling, make sure to say your name, phone number, email and topic at the end of your message say your name, phone number and email AGAIN! If you have them call the school back, tell them the times we have theme to make sure you are available.

We have Theme- Tuesday 10:15-12:30 and Thursday 11:30-12:30

Field Trips and Phone Interviews

- Ask teachers in advance if it will impact their class time (at least a day ahead)

- Fill out the Field Trip Forms at least a week in advance

- If your parent is driving- have them fill our the Volunteer Form and get a copy of his/her license and insurance
